HK Chapter History

There are many interpritations of what the Mad Dogs are and are not. This is why people always have mixed answers to the question "What is a Mad Dog?"

Depending on how you meet us, it may range from Bandit to Good Samaritan, from Lawless to Law enforcers.

It may be none of these, yet it may be all.

Tom Leber , our Founder and International President reminds us of the simple reason why the Mad Dog spirit exists and will keep on exisitng.....

A Brief History of Hong Kongs 1st 3 Patch Motorcycle Club / Chapter....

The Maddog MC Hong Kong Chapter was conceived by two founding members, "Dragon" & "Thunder" back in 2002....

After several meetings, phone calls and discussions with the founding Philippine Chapter, ‘Dragon’ was hauled down to Angeles City, Philippines and received the first MDMC HK tattoo in November of that year, followed closely by ‘Thunder’.

‘Ghost’, ‘Gazza”, ‘Tank’ and ‘Wolf’ joined within in the first few months of 2003 but remained tattoo less.
Mad Dog Motorcycle Club Hong Kong Chapter was born.

Dragon’ served as the first President of MDMC HK until July 2003 and was succeeded by ‘Thunder’ until August 2005 when ‘Rob’ took over the position of President with ‘Mingo’ as Vice President and they have remained the Top Dogs until the present.

A few have left the HK chapter of MDMC, as Members in Good Standing (MiGS), but there are also some who have departed in a different light.

Of the original first six members, none remain……

As of  July 2011 the Hong Kong Chapter consists of 11 Patched members.
